Head of Operations
Erin is a CPA managing reporting, audit and tax compliance, payroll, and budgeting across multiple industries and jurisdictions. She leads teams across five countries and eight legal entities, overseeing asset management and month-end closings.
Jorel Santiago
Accounting Manager
Jorel oversees financial statement preparation and review under GAAP, IFRS, and client-specific frameworks, managing payables, receivables, payroll, and month-end closings. He also handles tax compliance and applies his legal training to strengthen Multibook's integrity and compliance.

Ven leads sales and training initiatives, bringing a strong foundation in client relationship management, project management, and change management. She has a diverse background spanning FMCG, B2B SaaS client management, and people development.

Jane is a CPA with 13 years of experience leading end-to-end ERP projects for Japanese-affiliated Philippine clients, covering system setup, client training, UAT, and go-live, with additional support for BIR and payroll compliance.
